I am very proud to lend my support to this venture. This March it will be twelve years since my late first husband John Diamond's death from tongue cancer, a tragedy that is not diminished by time. But it is important to be positive, to recognize and be grateful for the progress that has been made, thanks to the many pledges made in his name following his death and at his own behest.

I know everyone involved will be doing their utmost to make this possible, and I cannot over-emphasise how important this commitment is, and how deeply grateful I am for it.
